Full Terms — Pain Translation Consultation

Price:

The fee for the Pain Translation Consultation is £67 (VAT included, where applicable under local tax regulations).

This is a one-off payment for a single consultation session.

What’s Included:

A private, one-to-one online consultation with Dr Sarah Mottram focused on understanding your movement and pain experience, identifying relevant patterns, and considering appropriate next steps.

The consultation does not constitute medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Once your Pain Translation Consultation is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable.

You may reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the consultation, will result in the session being forfeited. Once the consultation has taken place, no refund is available.
