The Pain Translation Consultation is a private 1:1 appointment reserved specifically for you.
Once your consultation has been booked and confirmed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
You may reschedule your appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled consultation time.
If you request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not attend your scheduled consultation, the appointment will be forfeited, and no refund will be available.
If you wish to book another consultation following a forfeited appointment, a new consultation fee will apply.
Once the consultation has taken place, no refund is available.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under relevant consumer law.
